The Geometry of Love
An evolving field of research and applied practice
Foundation
The work builds on more than two decades of inquiry through Love in the Boardroom — a leadership and organisational development study involving over one million words of dialogue with more than ninety global leaders and thinkers, including CEOs, neuroscientists, authors, economists, civil servants, and His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
Why It Matters
The Geometry of Love asks what becomes possible when Love is recognised as a serious force in shaping leadership, institutions, and the future. It is especially relevant where trust, ethics, public responsibility, and human-centred decision-making are under pressure — which is to say, now.
Practical Application
The framework has relevance for leadership development, organisational culture, governance, stakeholder relations, executive reflection, and values-based transformation. It supports wiser decisions, stronger alignment between values and action, and more resilient and humane systems.
Public & Institutional Grounding
The work draws on years of dialogue, speaking, and advisory engagement with senior leaders across business, public life, and civic institutions — including cabinet ministers, members of parliament, members of the House of Lords, civil servants, and economists.
Ways of Working
Current expressions of the work include keynote speaking, workshops and seminars, leadership and executive dialogue, advisory conversations, and a suite of programmes grounded in the seven principles of structural Love — Trust, Congruence, Reciprocity, Psychological Safety, Presence, Sovereignty, and Compassion.
